If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and it has been less than 30 days since you received your order, you may return the unused portion of your eligible product* for a full refund of the price paid for the returned item(s), minus shipping costs. Unfortunately, items are not eligible for a refund once 30 days have passed from the day you received your order.
*Gift certificates, as well as all customized and otherwise made-to-order products, are not eligible for a refund from DrTomCowan.com. In the event of a manufacturer defect, please contact the manufacturer directly to inquire about the manufacturer’s warranty and replacement policy. These products currently include, but are not limited to:

- E-books and Other Downloadable Digital Products
- Liposomal Vitamin C
- EMF Rocks

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless otherwise instructed by the manufacturer for items ineligible for return to DrTomCowan.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the eligibility and status of your refund. If your refund is approved it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 days for processing.
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, please first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be made aware of your return.
