Can I just drink Castor Oil or rub it on my skin?
Castor Oil is no intended for oral use. However, if you simply rub Castor Oil on your skin and throw an old T-shirt overtop (A.K.A. the “Lazy Castor Oil Pack”) this method will only give you about 50% of the benefits. Without the pack, you potentially lose out on the full benefits. The pack and the Castor Oil work synergistically together.
Are the Castor Oil Packs messy?
