Shipping Carrier Order Processing And Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays). Although we endeavor to fulfill all orders within this time frame, shipments may be delayed by several days during times of high order volume. Please allow for additional processing time during major sales events and holidays. Special fulfillment times apply to custom orders, as mentioned on their product pages, if applicable.

International Orders is not responsible for any Customs, Duty Fees or Taxes charged by countries on internationally shipped orders from our site. All fees, if any, imposed during the international shipping process are the sole responsibility of the customer receiving the package (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

If you are unwilling or unable to pay the fees, you may choose to instruct the mail carrier that you are rejecting your package and would like them to ‘return to sender’. Returning to sender should not incur any additional shipping charges if you have not opened the package. 

When rejected packages are received back at our fulfillment center, we will process a refund for eligible products, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
