Shipping Carrier Order Processing And Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays). Although we endeavor to fulfill all orders within this time frame, shipments may be delayed by several days during times of high order volume. Please allow for additional processing time during major sales events and holidays. Special fulfillment times apply to custom orders, as mentioned on their product pages, if applicable.

International Orders

Due to the increasing costs of shipping and continuing issues with carriers, we are no longer able to guarantee delivery of international orders, or to re-ship orders that incur delivery problems at our expense. International customers will be assuming the risk when ordering.

You can lessen the risk by placing your order with our Customer Support and choosing a rate that includes insurance. If a package ordered without insurance is lost or stolen, we will be unable to issue a refund. A refund will be contingent upon a successful insurance claim.

If a package is returned to us unopened, we will issue a refund, excluding shipping costs. If you choose to purchase shipping insurance and there is a problem with the shipment, whatever credits are issued from insurance will be reimbursed to you. Please be aware that insurance covers only the sales price of items purchased, and never covers the price paid for shipping. It provides coverage against loss, damage and/or missing contents it will not reimburse for packages seized at customs. is not responsible for any Customs Seizures, Customs Fees, Duty Fees, or Taxes charged by countries on internationally
shipped orders from our site. All fees, if any, imposed during the international shipping process are the sole responsibility of the customer receiving the package (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

If you are unwilling or unable to pay the fees, you may choose to instruct the mail carrier that you are rejecting your package and would like them to ‘return to sender’. Returning to sender should not incur any additional shipping charges if you have not opened the package. 

When rejected packages are received back at our fulfillment center, we will process a refund for eligible products, in accordance with our Refund Policy. 

Package Theft is unable to re-route packages with incorrect addresses once orders are fulfilled, nor can we reimburse for theft of packages. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier and/or local law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
