No creator is required, only Aristotle’s “law of identity” that explains the nature of existence. Existence has always been, going back infinitely. Existence is not contained within time; time is in existence. In existence, aspects and entities interact in ways determined by what they are, by their limited and particular identities. Identities are limited and defined by their limits, which constitute their specific nature. Therefore, since a pine tree is not a college professor which is not a cloud which is not a donkey which is not a moon rock, the pine tree with its particular characteristics interacts with other entities or aspects, each with its own characteristics, always in ways predictable (in principle) orderly and understandable (in principle). Each interaction of A with B (et al) is cause and effect. No creator is needed to make sense of causation and “the miracle” of natural order. Because things exist only with particular limiting characteristics, natural order necessarily occurs. Chaos and natural disorder can never define existence. The exception is man and his craziness when man abandons reason, which is orderly integration of the evidence of the senses into increasingly abstract ideas…all logically integrated. Logic-the art of noncontradictory thinking-and conceptualization are man’s natural and only proper means of cognition. Contradictions cannot exist in reality because A is A; however, a contradiction would be a state of existence wherein a thing is what it is, and is not what it is, at the same time and in the same respect. When the proper cognitive means is renounced, as today, social chaos and destruction ensue. Renunciation of the proper and good (life affirming) is possible to man because of the volitional nature of human consciousness. Thanks.
