Thank you, thank you, thank you for this information! For speaking so succinctly to what I have been feeling for a very long time- I am tired of being told what is supposed to matter to me, how I should think and feel, what I should buy, and how my body supposedly works. We have materialized and compartmentalized and reduced everything to death! I choose to observe, sense, and deduce for myself what is right for me. Taking my power and agency back one hour at time.
