On HHS Policies, Two New Books and Gratitude

The holiday season after a presidential election is often an exciting time for some and a depressing time for others. This season is no different. Some people are excited to see what the second Trump administration will bring about, particularly in the areas of health, food and medicine, while others feel a sense of dread.

For the past five years or so, since the start of the "Covid" era, many of us have been warning against superficial analysis of the many issues that confront us. An example is an analysis of the vaccine program that examines the supposed risk/benefit ratio for each vaccine. Instead, I have been suggesting we look at the foundational "science" or rationale for the germ theory and the existence of viruses. In this case, when the foundation is examined, it becomes clear that no reason exists for any of the vaccines. Simply put, they are all risk and no benefit. Of course, this realization makes policy decisions easy and straightforward.

Many of you have asked what I would do if I were put in charge of or had an advisory role in the department of Health and Human Services. In fact, recently I was contacted by a member of the Kennedy transition team to hear about any ideas I might have about policies the new HHS administration could implement. On this Wednesday's webinar, I will outline what I would do if I were put into this role. Please tune in, and, as always, I welcome your feedback.

Finally, I have another announcement, which is that I am in the later stages of two new books/booklets that will soon be released. The first, to be released hopefully near Christmas, is called "Common Sense Parenting." It's an in-depth examination of how we can raise healthier, freer adults. The second is a booklet, to be called "Lessons from Pumpkin." This is a series of seven lessons I have learned from my four years of living with and observing my cat Pumpkin. He has had a profound effect on my life and how I see the world.

The final lesson in the booklet is called "Gratitude." During the second half of Wednesday's webinar, I will read an excerpt from this section. It is another way I can express my gratitude for all of you who follow my work, support our companies and give us feedback on how it's going for you. Whether it's the DTC customers, members of the New Biology Clinic or curriculum participants, I am so grateful for all your support this past year. We are hoping to build ongoing relationships with as many of you as possible as we work together to create a world that works for us all.

Hi Dr Cowan
I never met you, but my husband long ago at Fair Oaks. You gave Nutritional consult. I wanted my husband to stop both handful vitamins/day. It seems no one could change him even today. But, he takes some of your suggestions and it seems helping.
Most of all I followed your podcasts, we have not take any shots, also not go to regular doctor to get checked with preventative tests. We survived and I feel much better compared 10 years ago.
Thank you for all you doing.

The news that you may be involved in informing health policies is very exciting news! I feel very hopeful for the future health of the country.

I am also eager to hear your excerpt and read your new publications. I’ve read all of your books and they have had a profound effect on my life and my family’s. Thank you Dr Cowan!
